Through this result we know the revenue from cash pile fixed income drop a lot and the balance sheet got cleaned up. See if genS follow through with value unlock plan before AGM.

Earnings per share dropped to SG$0.0323 compared with SG$0.0479 in the year-ago period. Revenue dropped 3% year over year to SG$2.45 billion from SG$2.53 billion. The leisure, hospitality and integrated resorts development specialist declared a final dividend of SG$0.02 per share for the period, which was paid on May 27, 2025.

Everything is so positive and on top of it, you are assured of dividend yield of at least 5% per share annually, and the company is still making profits. investors just need to have patience and in no hurry to be greedy, that' s all. First pump a few bids, then suddenly u see many cheer leaders and even analysts SUDDENLY appear  to urge everyone into buying saying got  special dividends etc... Then just 1-2 days before results out, DUMP. Happened last year ..happens again this year. Then every year ESR-Reit results lousy, they quietly " forget" of their  high TP and then lower their TP. They have been doing so for 8 years!!!. 8 years every year WRONG prediction and yet they pretend nothing happened and continue to issue TP for ESR-reit. Face Palm la. x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	Depending on your investment horizon, for the long-term folks they appointed two new IDs with very established background and despite the decline in earnings, maintained 4c DPS which is just above 5% at current price. Got the balance sheet flexibility to explore options - they also took the chance to write-down portfolio investment losses so it cleans out the books and put their earnings on a low base to try and rebuild from here.   All these speculation about capital returns from DBS report may be good for one-off boost but you end up weakening the balance sheet at the expense of that being put to work to drive sustained long-term returns. To return $1-2b capital is easy, to try and raise $1-2b equity is much harder.  From a corporate governance perspective, what is the rationale that the Board is going to sign off on to return that cash - and why now? To be fair, anyone can speculate on outcomes but end of the day, its your money so dyodd of where you want to place them!

DBS research upgrade is for 2026, today result is 2025 different thing loh. The most impt thing is 2 cent dividend preserved though 2025 delivered poor result. why spit at lim, he only recently take over u should spit at ex ceo tay who ran over to ntuc.
