I think the sentiment has a really big influence on REITs in recent days. All have dropped and are still dropping. When results are announced in April for 1Q, and the available dividend is declared, investors will realize this and the price will bounce back, however, it will not bounce back to recent highs,... yet,... Will need time. |

The final result of my subscription for Excess Units arrived this moring. I' m utterly surprised. I got full allocation of what I applied for. The final number of what I got is over and on top of the number I saw on Oct 10, as mentioned below. I' m wondering too,... why were the Excesses not deposited in totally on Oct 10 ? Partial Excess Units were deposited in back then, and the remainder got deposited in to my holdings this morning. |

Just saw my CDP session, results of recent Pref Offering is out. What you get based on your entitlement + the excesses you applied for are reflected at the row starting with : KEPPELDCREITNRO. The units are labelled as ' Blocked' because you are not allowed to sell them or trade them yet till next Tuesday, 15.10.2019. But CDP is kind enough to let us see the number of units we have gotten successfully,.... Gotten odd lots,...how abt you guys ? |

If you do not want to take up the rights then you should have sold at 2.10? Buy Rights at 1.71 and price around 1.90 and pocket the difference. It might come down a bit due to dilution but it will get back. | ||

I called CDP abt similar issue on another stock and was told that the rights stocks appeared on your CDP account as a listing only not free for your trading until you paid up for the shares after expiry of the rights. Looks like this is the procedures and many like us were confused at first look of the CDP account. | ||

From today you can opt for preferential offerings at ATM @1.71 a share. Further dilution imminent. Hope it will claw back to 2 dollars. | ||

Frankly,.... I believe $1.80 will be a formidable support in the medium terms, at least till the end of the EFR, and beyond it. Even when the Pref Units are listed together with ALL units after the Pref Offering application closing date, it will not drop below $1.80. | ||

Right issue price is $1.70++ super discount. People will sell at $1.90++ and then buy lower like $1.80+ and then subscribe the rights at $1.70+, overall still make money.
