There should be a technical rebound before it continue downwards. Since the picture is now much clearer, u have to make a decision. Hankore is not a bad company and it won't pok, but just that right now it is too expensive even for a bright industry, since 0.91 is the full value of the company, then pple only want to invest in value stocks, so if it drop to 70 to 80c, then it's worth a relook and I'm sure the ratings will change also. Pls don't spread fear with 40c 50c calls as I don't think that does justice to the fundamentals of the industry and company. I won't say all RTOs are bad, but I really want to know why David Chen marginalized the smaller shareholders, pls ask about this in the EGM if possible.

Deal unfavourable to current shareholders  Downgrade to SELL with a target price of S$0.74. We derive our target price by ascribing a 80% probability for the CEI deal to go through (eventual fair value of S$0.63) and a 20% probability that Hankore will remain as it is (fair value of S$1.18). We appraise the two scenarios by discounting the profits generated from its engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) and wastewater treatment businesses over the period of its concession (WACC: 8.3%).
