LEY CHOON GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED (Incorporated in the Republic of Singapore) (Company Registration No. 198700318G) AWARD OF CONTRACTS The Board of Directors (the &ldquo Board&rdquo ) of Ley Choon Group Holdings Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo ) is pleased to update that the Company&rsquo s subsidiaries, Teacly (S) Pte. Ltd., Ley Choon Constructions and Engineering Pte. Ltd., and Pan Alliance Technology International Pte. Ltd., had successfully secured contracts worth approximately S$76.8 million in aggregate for the supply, laying and installation of pipelines, trial trenching works and road maintenance works (the &ldquo Contracts&rdquo ). The Contracts are expected to be completed within approximately 24 to 36 months. The Contracts are not expected to have any material impact on the Company&rsquo s earnings per share and net tangible assets per share for the current financial year ending 31 March 2026. None of the Directors or controlling shareholders of the Company and their respective associates has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contracts, save for their respective shareholding interests in the Company.
