Now this counter looks more profitable than before as the counter adjusted its price due to the recent hk protests. This provide a better purchase position for long term investor. Planning to increase more holding as Nov is coming next payout will be out soon. |

I think its HK asset will be somehow affected by the current major protest and its impact greatly depends on how long this protest will go on and its outcome. However, it should be a verybgood opportunity for long term investors to accumulate this counter at weakness. | ||||

I think the business there should be ok, the mall is very far from the protest site. Traffic here is very good and also the business.Near the university, residential estate and also,you could say when PRC comes into hong kong this area is like the entry gate point. I have visited this mall and personally I think it' s ok.I have vested in this stock.Good div yld and price upside from here.Maybe you should consider this stock.Happy trading.

Anyone heard that the parent company Mapletree is deciding to inject an office building in shanghai into Mapletree GCCT. Since Shanghai is the special administrative region for foreign investment and yuan financial matter, I read this news sometimes back.Demand for office space in shanghai will rise. If this is true, then Mapletree GCCT will have 3 soild asset, Hong kong, Beijing and possibly Shanghai. This is fantastic.Please note that, I hear this only...I am eager to find out more on this matter. Why would parent Mapletree want to inject this office into Mapletree GCCT? What reason? |

This trust payout DPU in bi-annual basis. So this coming 1st qtr results will not pay out any DPU. Need to wait for the release of its 2nd qtr results then will enjoy the dpu. | ||||
