nTan sues SunMoon for 2 billion shares or S$2m SUNMOON Food Company has been sued by nTan Corporate Advisory for 2.06 billion shares or S$2.06 million. The fees relate to services provided by nTan, in " identifying and securing investors pursuant to a letter of engagement dated Nov 14, 2006" . nTan was set up by corporate restructuring specialist Nicky Tan in 2001. SunMoon said the claim by nTan is without merit and it has a good defence. " The company is in discussion with its legal advisers, TSMP Law Corporation, to determine the next course of action and intends to vigorously resist the claim," it said. SunMoon closed at 0.1 Singapore cent, down 50 per cent, before the announcement was made. The company fluctuates often between 0.1 cent and 0.2 cent, and is proposing to consolidate every 100 shares to one share. |

They say at their own date, when they release the report. Most probably April to release 1st quarter report, unless something major happen from now till than. |

On the starting day after consolidation, Buy at 15 cents and sell 25 cents as trading might be in that range. If there are any good development, 30 cents starting may also be possible. If starts at 30 cents and above, it means this counter will rocket for some time before it finds its own level. Remember, NAV is in the black and future prospects are good, so trading may border on the higher sides.

The interesting part is, will they consolidate at 0.001, 0.002 or 0.003? If 0.001 immediate 50% loss and it will be hard to chase back up so there will be a huge sell down. If 0.002 which is what most people enter at, there is a high change the price get chase up after consolidate so people make some. If 0.003 Immediate 50% gain, most people will take profit and the price will drop. |

Your share qty will drop 100times. But the price will go up 100times too (assuming the price is 0.002 become 0.2)

No lah. On consolidation, the ex-price is based on the number of shares " joined" together. 100 shares joined to form one new share. So if 0.002 is the market closing price, the immediate ex-price will be 20 cents, PLUS OR MINUS depending on sentiments. And if the closing is 0.001, the immediate ex-price will be 10 cents, plus or minus. And if the closing is 0.003 then the immediate ex-price will be 30 cents, plus or minus depending on market sentiments at that point of time.

.....after consolidating.....if i buy 1,000,000 shares now at 0.002. I will still loses money after the consolidating of 100 shares become 1 share. How does on make money....in this company...? | ||
