They should distribute them to their BOD/employees as yearly compensation or bonuses. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	No becos the model is developed by one of the big four and nobody outside knows who is that " big four" , what kind of valuation model it is.  Also becos those companies are private, you have not way of gauging their values. As an example, Yuuzoo was valued at $1 per share by some reputable valuer as well giving it a market cap of S$632mil (I think).  But becasue it is listed, and so based on its current price of 16.4cts, its market cap is only $104mil.  Now assuming Yuuzoo is not listed, and if some other coy has say a 50% stake in Yuuzoo, the coy might record it as S$316mil in their book. So becos these coy are not listed, if the big four say these coy worth $20mil, they are worth $20mil loh.  No one can argue right.  But if they are listed, then it will be a very different story.
