Burwill no new announcements came out, so if they standing by their announcement, AMAL and TAW could be negotiating some other off-take. AMAL specifically mention off-take in their request for suspension. Reserve judgement and wait until they announce lah, cannot do anything also. I am going to stay off trading, yesterday so bored I was tempted to trade Noble.... on contra.... hahahaha jialat

According to TAW, they requested for suspension pending capital raising announcement. Trade resume on 28th April or upon release of the announcement. 2 more days to go. | ||||

Sorry risktkaker but incorrect. The JV has NOT yet been affirmed. As stated in the April 18 announcement: Quote " Notwithstanding the execution of the BHJVA, such joint venture agreement between the Parties have not come into effect as at the date of this announcement and will not come into effect unless until the conditions in the Farm-in Agreement are verified to have been met by Ernst & Young, AMAL&rsquo s existing auditors, or such other person or firm as may be subsequently jointly agreed between the Parties" . As indicated, whilst terms for governing of JV agreed, the terms not in effect till Farm-In Agreement conditions (as previously mentioned) are verified. So TAW does not yet have any right to the lithium.
