x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	This co is more complicated than originally thought, it' s true assets will affect it' s valuation, currency movements eg a depreciating Yen can impact it' s profitability. Saw in BT, GLP sold off some Japanese assets.    It' s modus operandi is to buy land, build warehouses, package it and sell as a reit or hybrid.  Then lease back the warehouse for their operations. Lost touch, and not vested but this company requires a lot of street smartness to handle, and also quite some volatility due to the China exposure. victorcy2004      ( Date: 11-Aug-2015 14:59) Posted: Chart is not the prediction of fundamental. There are many analysis including buy/sell power, average trend etc. If several indicators are combined together for analysis, we are able to to monitor the buy/sell trend in short term, mid term or long term. As I have mentioned, the cap of this uptrend is 2.41. It is in reverse trend now, trading at 2.33. According to long term analysis, it wont reach $3 this year no matter how good you think of GLP. Big company which is diversified in business are exposed to more variations, for example depreciation of RMB & JPY may affect the valuation of properties. USA assets is only less than 10% of total assets which has minor impact to the appreciation of overall assets of GLP. If you look at Dow Jones and STI monthly & quarterly chart, they have lost momentum. All technical indicators are crossing down showing correction of whole market is coming in next couple of quarters. I dont know how much correction will be at moment, but that' s signal.
