Dont embarrass yourself more, cos if smm goes up more from here later, it wont look good on you. Then again, you are free to post if you want. We have eyes to see, who really know their stuff.

If the merger with Keppel is realised, Sembm will have a good chance of repaying shareholders' faith. For all that fuss about electric vehicles, oil remains the fuel that keeps the world moving - we are not boarding electric planes anytime soon. Now, it' s a big ask of shareholders to fork out more money but these are extraordinary times. Just gotta take the hit and keep it afloat untill they sort out how a Semb-Kep mega co. will look like.

 Alert Admin 		Everyone has the same question.  For me and personally as long the share price is above 8c, I will subscribe in full and get some excess as I think price will recover post rights.  Our strenght is that we have longer time horizon compare to the shortist.

 Alert Admin 		Well if they want the public to subscribe the share should be at least closer to 9 cents I think. Last trading date for rights is 8 Sept, so some time left for punters on this.

 Alert Admin 		Buying Rts now at 004 plus comm and paying 08 to exercise the Rts will end up with cost of around 085+. So no fat at all if price trades at 086 as selling will get back less than 085c after fees.
Will only consider buying the Rts at 004 if main share trades at 9c to earn a small profit.. Dyodd
