Don' t forget that Ezion will become a significant equity holder and this holding may become something like the case for KrisEnergy where First Reserve sells Kris shares almost on a daily basis after holding for a period of time. Ezion will probably say nice things like it will hold Ausgroup for long term but Ezion balance sheet isn' t exactly healthy, probably worse than Ausgroup. So my own conclusion is that the stock is probably more interesting post rights issue.
