Damage already done and this can never revert the pricing back to where it was before the judgement to pay for the damage of $20M. Any public listed company is always in the losing end once it involved in any laws suit.Confident level of investors will definitely be affected. |

Very disappointed with QTV. I thought with this super good news got chance to go above 11cts. After this will be dry period for good news liao. Following this will be two bad news: asse(t)s sale and Q2 results both of which I feel will be negative catalysts. Sian loh! Seems like some investors really dying to get out. Every news " good" or good is becoming like opportunities for people to unload to greater fools.

gambling just follow the trend. everytime when all get excited or the stock gap up is an opportunity to short. happen many times as you can see i just milk a few hundred each time

Wah lau! This QTV hopeless. Last time release news on sale of asse(t)s, price gap up for massive sell-down. I know the sale news is bad in reality so I can accept the price movement. Now reserved US$20mil suit damage should be good news still the same pattern repeat? Price gap up for massive sell-down again! What is it with QTV? Even tough NTA will still be negative but at least NAV will turned positive ah! So what if current asset is lower than current liabilities. A bigger problem has been sovled! |

More likely write back provision. NAV will turned positive but NTA will still be negative. Taking longer than expected for announcement to come. Maybe law suit news and asse(t)s sale will come together.

While waiting for official positive news from QTV IR team, a closed-door virtual meeting was held by shareholders recently at a brightly-lit KTV room. if lose, QTV to change biz to sell TV. If Win, to accept below shareholders-approved SLAP (Strategy List Action Plan). Etan and colleagues to adopt and follow up, and to update all with timeline progress. 1) Don' t anyhow spend more money to celebrate or give bonus. That can wait as The time is not right yet. You still have a Long way to go. QTV has been on neutral mode for far too Long, so it' s time to speed up to original Mission... fast and furious. 2) Restore confidence at all levels, within the company and shareholders. And the EDiBle backers... 3) Accelerate sales with 10x target for EoY 2016. " Time and tide waits for no man." Start to grow customer base with the FDA/CE approved chocolates... 4) Give shortlist a heartbreaking excuse to go elsewhere to short and enjoy high-tea. 5) Act to restore normalcy state of $0.50 by EOY 2016. Approved countdown to 2017 party when target achieved. 6) protect everyone' s interest morally. Don' t give others a chance to disrupt operations. Be focused, committed, and loyal. As we' re partners and proposal unanimously approved by shareholders, please take action promptly.

1) QT was appealing attorney fee for its successful Defence in Patent, which court found that the matter was complicated enough thus QT is not entitled for attorney fee. 2) Earlier AngiScore awarded more then $20 millions, which QT successfully challaned on accounted of lack of jurisdiction by trial court. AngiScore was appealing that decision. Here court agree with QT that court does not have jurisdiction. Thus it is a victory for QT but AngioScire might want to go back to proper forum and we have to see if they want pursued this matter further. |
