Indeed TAW/AMAL have secured a good price for the product (US$147 per % concentration vs. US$109 per & concentration for Galaxy). Alliance and Tawana together need around 50M for this project to go ahead.... therefore Fund raising is needed....better call cannacord for placement share haha I expect Placement shares to be issued at 27 to 30 cents for alliance issuing around 80-100m and Tawana around 24-25c for around 100m share

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	jazzzkk: Bro, I think you may be on right track....Burwill announcement says it take " at least" 200,000 tonnes over first 2 years and that be " approximately USD200 million" ...the key there is " least" and " approximately. The TAW announcement does not state that agreement is for a given or " least" amount of off-take...they actually use " all production" , and they simply give a value of USD880 per tonne. If re go back to the Canaccord analysis, the analyst suggested 120,000 tonnes year 1 rising to 160,000 year 2. So TAW/AMAL may well produce those number which by TAW announcement (and though not explicitly Burwill) then that means if assuming numbers right that Year 1 120,000 tonnes * USD880 = 105.6 million and Year 2 160,000 * USD880 tonnes = 140.8 million. So for first 2 years revenue of USD246.4 million.
