Can u imagine one halt and one suspend and when the counter lifted from halt, there will be arbitrage trading and it would not be fair to either counters' shareholders. Trading halt and suspension is a basis of time period, not good or bad news. Perhaps you might need to change your Brokers Liao. Maybe he's one of the contralists and shortlists. Ha.... AMAL and Tawana will increase and improve the exploration of tantalum and lithium resources and target to start off commissioning by the end of 2017 and shipping lithium concentrate with grade 6% in the first quarter of 2018. Bald Hill is a rare sizable mine for lithium in Australia.

If they spend less in the end, it is acceptable to their shareholders. As the seller (tawana/alliance), they will make announcement based on the lower concentrate (ie. lower potential revenue). If they make more revenue in the end, it is acceptable to their shareholder. It' s all part of setting the right expectation for their respective shareholders. Commit lower, deliver higher --> everyone happy. Who says only Singaporeans are kiasu? Folks, don' t read too much into every single bit of information and ownerself scare ownself.
