Haven' t the board saw how share price tanked after the previous share placement? 2. CEO continue to enjoy same salary/benefits while company performance is on the downtrend. (in such hard times, other list cos management team and board are taking paycuts...but CEO Benedict Chen is probably more special..)  3. hire lead independent director to take on lawsuit against others...(if you see the announcement for the latest results, about S$200k has been spent on legal fees)

When he is voted in he will figure out all the questions to all the baffling questions. Daddy Alex is the only one willing to put his money where his mouth is and create value for all shareholders.
