Delist offer mostly based off VWAP 0.35, how much premium ren willing to pay is ? Don care if company making money or not, as long ur average price not too high u still can get back ur capital. Or if exit offer pop in dec before full year result, u say goodbye to dividend too. There just too many hint yzjfh not gona stay for the long run, kicking ceo less than 2 years with no good reason and severe distress stock price for Profitable company.
