Bald Hill has a proven track record of producing high grade non Class 7 tantalum concentrates with low levels of impurities.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Good points Bro...one thing we perhaps need to be mindful about is how close these companies (AMAL and TAW) going to be working hand-in-hand...to maintain that harmony from the outset both AMAL and TAW may have an informal agreement to move step for step - thus if one halts then other halts - till the mine up and running fully so neither got advantage/disadvantage.... It noted TAW is in midst of capital raising but not yet certain AMAL...but due to informal arrangement not to disadantage the other AMAL and TAW remain in TH or suspended together like you said. And whilst the phrase ' capital raising' perhaps implies TAW looking to raise funds though equity issue they could be getting a loan...capital raising not necessarily limits options...so may be keep both companies in holding so if getting a loan being stopped may keep financial institution calm... furnaces      ( Date: 26-Apr-2017 11:52) Posted: Actually this joint venture is quite complex in terms of execution of agreements. Even when doing offtake agreements, Burwill has 2 separate off take agreements with Tawana and Alliance. The payment by Burwill is split to half and paid separately to Alliance and Tawana. You can imagine the legal terms and conditions needed to draft this agreement.  Now come to think about it, it is right to suspend Alliance if Tawana is in the midst of capital raising signing with investors. If Alliance is allowed to trade, and for some reason the trading price isn' t very ideal. Tawana may not be able to negotiate a higher price for capital raising with its investors,since the investors will draw reference from Alliance. Personally I don' t think the capital raising will be a discount to Tawana last traded price. Tawana is probably negotiating a premium price taking into account the offtake agreement. I don' t think it' s Tantalum off take yet. Alliance probably just use offtake as an excuse to suspend first, waiting for Tawana, since they really hasn' t officially announced yet.

Also take note... that there is no exclusive agreement from this offtake... that means they could also have additional offtake agreement as this is not exclusive.. AMA has being propel into the news lately with their lithium find and the huge potential of Bald Hill mines confirmed by the offtake agreement with Burwill. It will attract attention and of course along with that big funds wanting a piece of the action. All these bode well for AMA and Tawana over at ASX side.   Prepare for the ride into unchartered territory.
