When GST is increased to 9%, we will see all gov department becoming very careful about throwing money. GE will be near by then

Inefficiency was history. You dont find any gov agency inefficient nowadays. Look at ICA, PUB, SMRT,...And let me stress again that I am not saying that SBS management be fired and the SMRT to take over the workers (although that is one option) But because it is doing something which is non-cost effective and getting more and more so, the tax-paying public cannot be asked to pay more and more GST to finance its huge profits and dividend payment
