But if Oceanus reaches oversold territory I will load up again, not worried too much. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	If you ask me, I strongly feel Oceanus would not report losses but instead high revenue and profits for their Q4 2020. This is based on their financial statements over the years since 2018. The question on whether it will drop like Jiutian Chemical, my answer is no. I believe most investor here are investing based on Oceanus future and their potential to grow. There are way several reasons why this will be a winner. It may or may not gap down based on the results, I cannot control those who wants to take profits after the news. To those who do not know, if a company has to report their financial statements on a quarterly basis, it means that the company is associate with  higher risk. SGX Regco previous regime was to have companies with a market value of more than $75 million to issue quarterly results, but this accounted for approximately 70% of SGX-listed companies. Thus, as of 7th February 2020, a new risk-based approach for quarterly reporting regime was created.  Link:  https://www.mondaq.com/securities/907512/changes-to-the-quarterly-reporting-framework-for-sgx-listed-companies Under this new approach, issuers must perform quarterly reporting if: (A) They have a modified audit opinion on their latest financial statements, (B) Their auditors have highlighted a material uncertainty relating to going concerns based on their latest financial statements and/or (C) SGX has regulatory concerns about them. SGX Regco issued the list of issuers required to do quarterly reporting as at 31st January 2021 is listed in the link below.
