Continue her current path, investors have far better odd gambling at MBS/SENTOSA.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Oceanus with such low level of biological stock and under utilized tanks etc MEANS another 12-consecutive-months of $$$$$$$$$$$ loss ( even with the $30millions " NEW JOB-SAVING INVESTORS' FUND" approved. Any NEW " INVESTORS" FUND basically is used to pay off the MOUNTING DEBTS and INTERESTS and HIGH SALARIES of all those " O" ( CEO CFO COO CMO PLO....). Her competitors in China have higher sales without all these well-paid " O" . Classic case of TOO MANY CHIEFS SYNDROME.

Those still holding cannot afford to realise any more loss.   Sad, but SGX far too many such counters. Think the government has to take over management of SGX. There are just too many debts and not enough real assets. 0.01 close may seem cheap. But it will likely get cheaper still when they have to call for more cash to repay loans coming due.
