SGX granted eligbility-to-list Procurri wef 29 Apr 2016. It' s valid only for 3 months, that is up to 28 July. Still waiting and waiting, gotta be really patient. NextInsight hs a couple of good articles on Declout if any of u out there want to find out more about Declout' s business and strategic plans. |

Today DeClout in Top 20 Vol. Vol suddenly spiked up today with a lot of buying at 22.5 cts. I can' t find any news. Perhaps the spin-off of its subsidiary Procurri is finally coming? Got to list soon,as the Eligibility-to-list approval by SGX is granted till 28 July 2016, if I' m not mistaken. |

This company has alot of potential. Being awarded the NRFVCF is a recognition of that, being along side 3 other big boys. If they successful list Procurri and doing another spin off of their Acclivis subsequently, the share price will fly. Hope everyone huat! Vested |

NEWS RELEASE DECLOUT AWARDED S$10 MILLION NATIONAL RESEARCH FOUNDATION VENTURE CAPITAL FUND Singapore, 17 May 2016 &ndash SGX-Catalist listed DeClout Limited (&ldquo DeClout&rdquo or the &ldquo Company&rdquo , and together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ), a global builder of next-generation technology companies, announced today that it was awarded a S$10 million venture capital fund by the National Research Foundation (NRF). This is the third instalment of NRF&rsquo s Early Stage Venture Fund (ESVFIII)1 and DeClout is one of the four large local enterprises (LLEs) alongside CapitaLand Limited, Wilmar International Limited and YCH Group Pte Ltd to be selected by NRF. The scheme will see NRF committing S$10 million per fund, on a matching basis, to invest in technology start-ups based in Singapore. This aims to encourage LLEs to engage in corporate venturing to source for innovative technologies and business models as part of their overall corporate strategy, and in the process improve their innovation capacity. The ESVFIII also enables start-ups to scale-up by leveraging on LLEs&rsquo mentorship, resources and networks. Under the ESVFIII, DeClout&rsquo s investment focus will be on disruptive start-ups in digital economy, including big data analytics, smart logistics, cyber security and financial technology (fintech). Mr Lim Swee Yong, Head of Corporate Office, DeClout, said: &ldquo It&rsquo s a tremendous opportunity and privilege to be selected as a co-investor in the ESVFIII along with the NRF. We believe that ESVFIII will allow DeClout to play an important enabling role in assisting early-stage tech companies in the digital economy space.
