Indeed, the investment by JW indicates their confidence to get the ipo job done which is a good thing imo. Note that current price is not much different from their entry price. Accordingly, the conditions of the Earlier SGX AIP shall continue to apply.   A separate announcement will be released by the Company upon the allotment and issuance of the Second Tranche Placement Shares and upon the completion of the Proposed Placement.   The in-principle approval of the SGX-ST is not to be taken as an indication of the merits of the Proposed Placement, the Second Tranche Placement Shares, the Placement Agreement, the Company, its subsidiaries and their securities. For those that vested long ago, of course at disadvantage with all odd against you. But if you are fresh, current price is actually a good bet (but must have risk appetite). As long as the price fluctuate, there are opportunity and if you time correctly, there will be return. I have experience this with some counter, in only lost money. Even for SG, there are occassion where I play short term and make some money.
