This shares reduction exercise confirms that the company have the actual amountbof cash. Big boy values rhe company much more than $2.50 exit price. I think they will put pressure to the company to revise the offer price upward.

I did search for past cases, but can't be put in comparison as it's really low ball. I supposed the egm date is set for this selective capital reduction (after 26 April). If the share price keep inching up, there is the possibility. 🤞 | ||||

I wonder why there are still many buyers at current price of $2.44. It is so closed to the exit offer price. Unless they are going to push it beyond offered price......

Keep cash 4) did buy back. 5) now share base reduced and make an offer at 2.50 not using own money but company cash. By taking out SELECTIVE shh, they and concerted parties will take over company.
