And the forest they are buying over has a potential 100 gold bars. Note 1 Gold bar is worth USD 30 million. As a seller, it look stupid to accept such a cheap offer that has a potential worth of USD 3 billion. Now with this buyout thing, the share price is hung at same price just before Halted.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	SGX should have taken a hard look at this company for coming out with so many made to believed deals, the so-called takeover of mineral company worth over US$500b for just tens of millions in investment by way of share placement. Or the Congo forestry deal worth over US$30b for just a song. Or the huge ship orders worth over US$1b but company ended up in receivership after so many investors got trapped by this company.
