DIVESTMENTOF INTERESTS IN EUN HOLDINGS LLP
The board of directors (the &ldquo Board&rdquo ) of G. K. Goh Holdings Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo and together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) is pleased to announce the proposed sale of the Group&rsquo s stake in EUN Holdings LLP (&ldquo EUN&rdquo ) for a consideration of US$79 million (approximately S$107 million), subject to the fulfilment of certain regulatory conditions. If completed, this sale will generate a net profit of approximately S$60 million. The Group will also reinvest 15% of the sale consideration, or approximately S$16 million, into the acquiring entity.

yeah brother it is a performing and undervalued company in singapore markets. Not to worry at all you will see with better performance you will see 1.2 and above in the next. So, relax and watch it once a month perform and go up higher and higher. cheers.

Australian Financial Review Report An article was published in the Australian Financial Review (&ldquo AFR&rdquo ) entitled &ldquo GK Goh re-thinks Opal Aged Care Investment&rdquo . This report was also carried on Bloomberg.
The article states that &ldquo GK Goh Holdings is considering cashing in its chips at local residential aged care operator, Opal Aged Care. Street Talk understands GK Goh has started talking to parties that may be interested in taking a stake [in Opal].&rdquo
There is no truth to either statement.

nursing home is a profitable venture now for this company... Opal Aged care gave it 36 million dollars profits last year.... Closing above 1 dollar and sustaining well over 1 will be good to see this counter take off again. ... but why is mr. goh planning to sell 25% stake in Opal aged care .. business is profitable he can hold on for better returns,

ground breaking ceremony for the venus drive nursing home took place 2 weeks back ... revenues should improve moving forward.... Nice cup and handle formation on the weekly charts with a round bottom... next 3 months can easily gain another 20 to 30% by holding on tightly to your holding.. dont sell till 1.2 dollars as you will get it for sure . Just wait patiently and sit tight.

finally after a long time started to show its true colors after all the weak hands quit ..... going for 1 dollars any breakout over that it is an additional bonus.. Undervalued scrip so cannot say where it is going but only can anticipate for more and more price appreciation with strong and good numbers.

it will test and retest 1 dollar and continue its journey to 1.5 dollars over the next 2 years hold the gem from now itself before you start chasing behind it when it moves higher and higher.. This is under valued and I will keep insisting it is a pure buy and hold for targets of 1/1.3/1.5 dollars. Go long go strong with patience.

GK Goh to develop nursing home near Upper Thomson RoadOCT 24, 2016 Â 9:26 PM INVESTMENT holding company GK Goh Holdings said subsidiary Canistel Pte Ltd has won a tender for a land parcel at Venus Drive near Upper Thomson Road. The company bid S$24.3 million. It plans to develop a nursing home on the land " with a differentiated product that widens the range of aged care choices available in Singapore" , it said. The project, which has a maximum gross floor area of 5,600 square metres, will be financed from a combination of internal resources and bank borrowings.
