Firstly all lenders should be asked to waive interests payments n loans extended by 3 to 5 years. Apply to bonds n bank loans. Also unitholders dividend should also be suspended indefinitely. Manager n trustee fees should be cut by 50%. | ||||

Rickmers Maritime sg is trying to seize the current opportunity to get rid of its debts without having to pay a cent ask for a massive haircut and just issue some more shares to pay for the remaining debt, thus converting their creditors into fellow debtors! By the way Rickmers Maritime shares is diminishing in value rapidly. However if such a scheme is rejected by the bond holders, the parent company itself may lose out on a current deal to get a major loan it needed. To default on this local bond may have greater repercussions for the entire 100 years old Rickmers Group! |
