x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	KTT to acquire industrial building for $20 mio to retrofit into KDC4. With inexpensive refit , a full DC can cost less then $40 mio which is cheap . This is positive for KDC reit as there are now 2 potential target for 2016 ( one DC from KIT reit ). With gearing below 30 pct KDC reit can take on more . Waiting for target upgrade to > $1.20 in 2016 Good luck for All holders.
