Thinking in the business perspectives 👍 Qanghoo      ( Date: 05-Apr-2019 08:35) Posted: Knee jerk reaction or deliberate scaremongering n sell down to flush weak holders?  Case of big fish gobbling up small fish with ease?  In the first place, with or without this announcement, there wld always be development expenditure anyway, albeit on a considerably small scale perhaps, in order to grow n maintain competitive advantage.  No IR or casino resort will remain static.  Just take a look at the ever ongoing works at the sprawling GB resort itself n one wld realise that, overtime, the resort has transformed tremendously.  So, how much will RWS spend over the next five yrs anyway if this variable did not emerge?  N how much of it wld come from fresh free cashflow to be generated going forward?  Then perhaps one might arrive at a more realistic net incremental dev expenditure of, say, 3 bil spread over 5 or more years for which various funding options wld be available to optimise cost of funding.
