only the 2 big players will subscribe the rights - SHL & RHCL , using all the monies owed by VL, white washed etc.. and thereby increasing the stake holding percentage with the huge stock dilutions after the right exercise Small investors will suffer the agony & perhaps ' force' to put in more monies if you don' t want your share holding to be diluted. As the current market prices is much lower than right prices, if those who needs to buy more to prevent dilution is best to do it after right issues when the ex-right price fall (theoritically speaking after ex-right) and forgo the rights & 2 free warrants given & don' t exercise them at 1.6 ! any expert to comment ? |

Still don't understand why they issued rights at 1.6 cts, the mkt price of mother shares then. Last time when they issued at 2.0 cts. the price dropped to 1.1 cts., Now at 1.6, how much will it drops.. below 1 ct.? | ||||

Who is going to subscribe paying ' premium' right when mkt now trading still below right price 1.6 ? Worst when it is ex-right 4 Dec after more hugh dilution..... Trading below 1cts after that ??? |

Price dropped below right issued price 0.016 now trading lower 0.014 !! Who dares to put in more money to subscribe higher right issued price in this counter? Suspect something fishy they are playing to depress the trading price. At the end, RHCL and the nonsense propose " white wash" may end up RHCL becomes a major shareholder. Then RHCL can also make a cheap offer to delist take it private again ! |

Unless the traded price is higher than the free warants exercise price/rights issue price, cannoit envision how there is much interest subscribing to it Anybody can advise what is the projected operating profit to par down the debts? No use throwing good money to fuel the debts, unless the latter is shrinking. Needs some answers from top management in its debt paring down strategies. |

Ive accumulated a lot at 10 n 11...more at 11...but il still hold...how bad it was when oil crashed..but now oil on recovery mode...how much can this counter jump if brent reach 70++...
