The collaboration should have been done way long ago since two years or more has passed and if they had made the collaboration through earlier they could have ride the recent boom in oil price and benefit themselves. Unfortunately, there is no such value or synergy to be explored, for whatsoever reason. Minority shareholders are once again at stake.
