x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	This forum appears to downplay debt problem for some reasons.   CF would take off once debt is no more a threat i.e. when CF has a stable income growth to finance to debt.   Debt can be a blessing during good times and a curse during bad times.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Maybe don' t get so excited just yet.  Last yr, 9M net profit was 71m, this yr only 51m.  So, if 4Q is also not as good, the PE will go up.  Dividend may also be < 1c.  CF is really going through a a bad patch at the moment and investors who have faith in the stock may have to take a really longterm view of five yrs at least.  But it is likely to emerge stronger.

Or " why is the stock trading so far under water?" Understand why someone voiced vehemently his or her frustration.  With earnings we should be collect good dividends when the stock turn around. Sure 0.32 is good that will bring the PE to 8. It could be a time to collect for some since more than 80~90% are locked up by the top 5. Any selldown could be a opportune time to collect. The current correction is a window of opportunity. We are only weeks before end of the year. Will watch how the market develop ...

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	CF is an established coy with a track record even though it  has been  going through a very though period of misfortune over the last few yrs.  If Mother Nature is kind to it over the next few yrs, it probably wld be able to substantially reduce its huge debt pile.  Youzoo, on the other hand, is a relatively young tech setup operating in a very competitive environment, pitting itself against the likes of Facebook, Twitter n Alibaba to name a few.  EPS for CF is abt 4c and for YZ is < 1c, based on past yr record.  A longterm investor is likely to put his money in CF.  But as a concept play, YZ cld possibly fly, especially in times of a red hot bull charge.
