SPECIALIST engineering services firm Acromec is teaming up with Nutura Investment to build, own and operate a waste-to-energy plant in Neo Tiew Road in Lim Chu Kang. Acromec said on Thursday that its 80-per-cent owned subsidiary Acropower has entered into agreements with Nutura to formalise a joint venture and implement it through a joint-venture company called Neo Tiew Power. The joint venture will come into effect when the customary conditions precedent are satisfied or waived, and the joint-venture company enters into a purchase order to buy and transfer the waste-to-energy plant from Acropower to Neo Tiew Power. Nutura is a Singapore-incorporated investment holdings company that will co-finance the project, which has an estimated investment value of S$10 million. It will contribute S$1.3 million for a 30-per-cent stake in Neo Tiew Power Acropower will hold the remaining 70-per-cent equity interest for an investment of S$1 million. Acropower and Nutura will also provide Neo Tiew Power with shareholder loans of up to S$5 million and S$2.7 million respectively. Neo Tiew Power, incorporated in February this year, will carry out an agreement between Acropower and Chew' s Agriculture to set up the waste-to-energy plant on Chew' s Agriculture' s new poultry farm. The plant will process and convert waste from the farm into biogas, which will be used to generate electricity to be supplied back to the farm at agreed prices. The earlier agreement between Chew' s Agriculture and Acropower was novated to the joint-venture company on June 16, Acromec said in its statement. Lim Say Chin, executive chairman and managing director of Acromec, said he hopes the joint-venture agreement between Acropower and Nutura will mark the start of a long-term partnership in green technology and sustainable energy. He added: " This is yet another milestone in Acromec' s renewable energy business. We are riding on the global trend which sees the world moving towards increased reliance on renewable energy sources, and we are confident that this sector is ripe with potential." |

everyone from time to time will kena stuck one la even pro traders.. me also got a few counters i stuck in recently.. market not easy play
if u want to play safe 1. avoid illiquid counters. fast up is fast down too. 2. play counters with fundamentals. so even if things goes wrong, u are safe with fundamentals. take care.. if not for hosen today i bleed badly also

If SGX can do anything many investors would not have lost tons of money over the years. Each individual needs to monitor the market himself to avoid falling for such scams. If wrong buy just cut loss and move on.

many counter got fake queue also.. not only this.
honestly the sad truth is the bb that disappear and dump down is the bb u need to push up as well.. u should weigh ur risk reward before entering a trade. every trade needs a game plan. for this counter, anything above 0.185-0.19 now is a 100% no go for me, until it actually breaks out safely into the 0.2 series dont ever make a trade without knowing ur plan.. i personally got burnt before too because of this. do take care.. we all learn along the way, although some unfortunately comes at a heavy price..

Fully agree. Last time I paid lotsa tuition fee as greedy. . . These days I keep reminding myself the concept of Quality Return or Risk-Adjusted Return for my investment / trading. Counters with real profit or turnaround company are better for investment / trading. While I make lesser $ (definitely), it is of quality return. . .

all these pennies will be worth nothing when crash. i have a few counters lost more than 50% also. Need wait for another bull pennies run. forum have many fake talks. JUst have to make own judegement. Cant really balme them. bb are sharks。 they earn from retailers.

my advice is play those counters with real profits or turnaround company. Pennies company in lost better dont touch.those small bb, they buy cheap. Push up when market is good. Dump till u die also dont know what happen.
