Enviro-Hub enters sale-and-purchase agreement for Pastel GloveEnviro Healthcare, a wholly-owned unit of Enviro-Hub Holdings, has entered a sale-and-purchase agreement for its planned acquisition of the remaining 75 per cent stake in an associate, Pastel Glove, for S$46.8 million.The mainboard-listed company previously disclosed on May 21 that it would pay S$23.4 million in cash for Pastel Glove, and issue 292,500,000 new shares at S$0.08 apiece. There will be a one-year moratorium for the shares. In a Thursday bourse filing, Enviro-Hub said that it will finance the consideration and other fees with internal funds and revenue. As at end-2020, it had a cash balance of S$17.3 million. The company said that the proposed deal would not adversely affect operations. Enviro-Hub had called for a trading halt on Tuesday this week, and asked for the halt to be lifted on Thursday night. Shares of the company last traded at S$0.084 before the halt. |

Yes Env Hub will issue company shares at 8c to buy 100% a rubber glove company in Malaysia. This company guarantee it profit contribution back ....is this good news ? The share will lift halt tomorrow start trading...

The terms of taking over besides cash, Pastel Glove' s current owner is also offered 19% of Enviro Hub shares based on an earlier report.
Once the deal goes through, it will send Enviro Hub shares price soaring multiple times, in my own view only. Hope I am correct and stand to be corrected.

The recent set-up of Enviro Healthcare Pte. Ltd. is a good sign that the company is gearing up to diversify its business into the Healthcare business and probably in preparation of buying over 100% of Pastel Glove Company. If it happened, the share price of Enviro Hub will definitely soar double or more.
CFM is a good example where the price shot up many folds after they ventured into health care products.
Those vested please do not be deceived by the crooks trying to fool you so that they can collect it cheap. Hope we can prosper together.

SINGAPORE Exchange (SGX) listed Enviro-Hub Holdings has announced that Pastel Glove Sdn Bhd, in which Enviro-Hub has a 25 per cent stake, has obtained approval for a manufacturing licence from Malaysia' s trade ministry.
The Ministry of International Trade and Industry Malaysia has granted the Malaysian glove manufacturer approval to produce nitrile medical grade examination gloves and natural rubber medical grade gloves. To keep up with the increased volume of output, Pastel Glove has installed and commissioned its first automated glove-dipping line, also known as single former glove-dipping line. The output and expected production capacity for this line is 132 million pieces of gloves per annum.
Following this, one additional glove-dipping production line is expected to be commissioned each month starting March 2021. The company aims to have all six production lines operational by September this year. The combined expected production capacity for the six glove-dipping production lines is 1.42 billion pieces of gloves per annum.
Said Raymond Ng, executive chairman of Enviro-Hub: " As a new player in the burgeoning glove manufacturing industry, Pastel Gloves is well-positioned to benefit from the current buoyant demand, as well as the elevated spot price for gloves. We are confident that Pastel Gloves will add a recurrent revenue stream to the group, allowing us to leverage the sustained demand for healthcare products."
In October last year, Aspen Glove, a unit of Aspen (Group) Holdings, also obtained the green light from Malaysia' s trade ministry to produce medical grade examination gloves.
