x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	This seems to be an interesting play.  There are a few points that I picked up.    Again, I won' t mention downsides, people don' t like to hear them. Apac Strategic is a company with zero potential, whereas Dragon could possibly be revalued upwards once the deal on Eocell is firmed, expected cash inflow would be $20 million if I am not wrong.    Therefore Dragon' s NAV would have shot through the ceiling in due course.    Couer will want the share swap to take place.    Their modus operandi appears to be to sign the deal (non binding as pointed out), and then do the due diligence, if it doesn' t suit their purpose, they would back out.    Half of Couer is owned by Chinese.      If Eocell is firmed, and Couer breaks their gold mine deal, Dragon would still see price moving up.  I believe there' s more in the pipeline for Dragon, just a gut feel, as ASTI wants to take this co off the watchlist.    ASTI has more than 100 patents, they can spin off a business through Dragon.  Alvin2042      ( Date: 21-Oct-2017 09:14) Posted: Dragon should leave it to concentrate on Ecocell or related business.
