The warrant can only be exercised like 2 weeks before expiry. And the CEO had transferred all his warrants to his daughter. Over a billion warrants. And they have a history of selling the warrants which they obtained FOC in open market. No intention of exercising. See history. And only CEO need to report sale of warrant. But with the transfer to daughter, any sale by his daughter need not be disclosed. Playing with SGX rules?

Warrant no power, lf existing major shareholder buy back share price cant be no premium. So this is just a trap. Whoever want to buy warrant need to think twice. Dont contra,u will losee money. | ||||

Totally the mother share price doesnt link with the warrant price. Showing future price is below 25 cent. If company confidence,should buy back warrant. Since the warrant is so cheap,and buy back can protect existing shareholder benefit.

The company give free warrant to shareholder,if the shareholder have money to convert,it is good profit.since the mother share price is keep going up and outperform during covid tough time. The warrant really too cheap but nobody one. | ||||

Looks like the NTA is likely to get a boost from the good results and retained earnings. Also, given the number of en blocs announced recently including Sim Lim Tower, let' s hope the company will also have some good news with regards to its holdings in Sim Lim Square and City Plaza when it announces the results next week. |

The Board of Directors of Second Chance Properties Ltd (the &ldquo Company&rdquo and together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) wishes to announce that, based on the information currently available and the management&rsquo s preliminary review of the unaudited consolidated financial statements of the Group for the financial year ended 31 August 2021 (the &ldquo FY2021&rdquo ), it is expected that the Group&rsquo s net profit attributable to shareholders of the Company for FY2021 will increase significantly when compared to the net profit after tax of $4,445,131 for the financial year ended 31 August 2020. The expected increase in the Group&rsquo s net profit for FY2021 was mainly attributable to the increased dividend income received in FY 2021 on securities classified as financial assets, at fair value through other comprehensive income. Also, the Group&rsquo s gold business performed significantly better in FY2021 as against FY2020 contributing to the expected increase in Group&rsquo s net profit. Additionally, there is a realized gain of $4.079 million upon cash acquisition of two equity instruments held by the Group and classified as financial assets, at fair value through other comprehensive income. This gain however, is taken directly to equity through retained earnings. |
