x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	@gregtan123, i try not to share my vested openly because all these yeras in forums be it this portal or other portals, i have realised that opposite parties are lurking around & i have hidden enemies too (experienced many times in the past when i share openly especially what i have just entered, the lurking opposing parties will dampen my prices). Issue here is I think most are waiting for 1st quarter results BUT note in their Annual Report, they stated they doing half yearly in August 2020. I think unless u buy n hold, this counter hard to break above 0.11. I believe in (a) sharing useful info, (b) sharing logical reasons why u tink up or down (not just shout short or long though Im guilty of it sometimes mostly to troll and bait) (c) be USEFUL forumers instead of Naysayers: useful in the sense that you perhaps try to help others by emailing their investor relations, try to do research and share. But freedom up to u all la, we all want to make money but it should not be a zero sum game. I sell i hope the next person sell higher.

First, given the delay in the AGM due to the Circuit Breaker, would the Board consider releasing more information and engagement now on New Customers, New Contracts or how much backlog of orders that the company has? A lot of listed companies knowing the delay in AGM, are pro-actively releasing Business Updates. Please note that the Board inaction given the recent sell off by another director Mr Xia, has already let the 89% public shareholders being upset with the Board. We humbly urge the Board to engage the shareholders better. Second, a lot your shareholders are actually very connected individuals, given the Global Demand for PPE especially in the USA and Europe now (even in Singapore) there have been OPEN calls by states/governments who can PAY upfront and have high price bulk orders, is the Sales Team doing anything to secure these orders? Many of us have written in wanting to connect the contacts of shareholders to Medtecs but we have ZERO reply thus far. Given the global demand now, what is Medtecs doing? Is the Board pursuing new customers and growth? What is Medtecs capacity? Third, what&rsquo s the Board&rsquo s position on Mr Xia Junwei, given that he breached the law in his share sale and late disclosure. Many of the public are holding back their police reports.
