Yes, the company is still making losses.. BUT some ppl/BBs will make use of the headline news of the profit which is one-off due to the recent fund raising exercise to lure innocent investors into buying. Then they (the BBs and some ppl)  pump the share price to 7.5 cents just to create a false mirage that the share price going to chiong in order to  lure in innocent investors..

Dumping will happen next... next week will see dumping happening.. and Monday will be the start of the dumping

 Alert Admin 		BBs " helping" the small investors to pump up the share price ... then when more innocent small investors joining in the " fun" , BBs will dump.

This has been going on since the share starting trading after suspension, BB pushed from  18 cents  to 25 cents , with some ppl helping the BBs by shouting share price will chiong to 50 cents etc, luring in more  innocent investors.. Then suddenly the share price tanked.. Those who bought at 25 cents just a few mths ago  after hearing  ppl shouting chiong to 50 cents, huat har must have regretted listening to those ppl.

I think u better look again at the results. Gross profit is a loss of $10M. It only goes from huge loss to profit becos of one-time income and a one-time fair value adjustment gain  due to the recent injection of funds (ONE  TIME GAIN  ONLY, NOT thru daily operational).  Operational wise is worse than last year.

Eps of US2.4c( Sing3.3c) is indeed very encouraging no matter how one looks at it.
Mkt prob had priced Ezion at 7.3c last fri expecting more losses, but instead turns out extremely good profit.
Imo, can expect coy will be on uptrend hereon, though at snail pace, as shortees will squeeze contra cash strap players by pump and short.
Anyway, contra players, don' t hope to outsmark the tang chiak shortees, who are specialised in emptying your minimal pockets.
Imo again, counter is for medium to long term investment, with at least 3 months' target, in order for the eps to creep into current low price.
And thereafter hopefully to DBS' s tp of 29c in a year. 
Security holders and even Temasek are helping coy to reduce its debt by accepting equity swaps at very attractive rate to Ezion, so it seems from the report. Who knows, more help may be on the way to speed up its recovery, a win-win situation for all.

Ext from report: " The group had issued over 1.25 billion shares at 24.87 Singapore cents and more than 222.03 million shares at 27.63 Singapore cents during the second quarter to security holders exercising the equity swaps.

As at the end of June, it had also placed over 96.15 million of new shares at an issue price of 20.8 Singapore cents to Temasek-linked Pavilion Capital, which emerged as new equity investor for the group in April after the conclusion of its months-long debt refinancing exercise."

Today I take the pain to cut 230 lots at 0.076 with huge loss.
Nvr expect it to rise with this kind of terrible results (-US$11m gross profit from operation).
And also can' t see any light at the end of tunnel this year.
Prepared to dump my remaining 210 lots next week.
