x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	You are long or short?   Very hard to identify because your threads mostly sound like both to me, hahaha. If you are long, many forumers can help you to say good things, and if you are short, there are also many who can say bad things too. I no long, no short, so I can say encouraging words which is good, but no point of saying something bad to discourage buying, lol. Usually products waiting for FDA or already approved by FDA, will stand good chance for share price to climb.  US stocks are very reactive to FDA approvals or rejections, but don' t know sg stocks are like that or not.   I am not very clear about QT. Saw alot of promotion last year but now seems nobody is shouting.  With the overall market turning bullish, thinking of entering. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Actually, sue lai sue qu is very common in patent law suit.  But for QTV the problem is the legal cost of these cases are way over proportion to their revenue.  So while revenue remain low, losss are significant and mounting, these legal cost are just adding salt to the wound.  So the faster they clear the case the better it is.  Also these cases are taking up so much of their time so indirectly affecting their progress for FDA approval.  The CEO is the one with the tech expertise.  His time involvement for the FDA s crucial but then have to spent time in court to be cross examined...... tipusultan      ( Date: 11-Feb-2016 14:20) Posted: I do not think Angioscore is appealing the patnent as it was long ago and they have to serve notice of appeal (if i am not wrong within 15 days of judgement). x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I do not think Angioscore is appealing the patnent as it was long ago and they have to serve notice of appeal (if i am not wrong within 15 days of judgement). So they chose not to appeal on Patent matter. Now they are fighting on breach of fiduciary duties of (not CEO) but a director. The jury returned a unanimous verdict that the Chocolate® PTA does not infringe any of the asserted claims of United States Patent No. 7,691,119 (" ' 119 patent" ) (" Patent Claim" ).  Furthermore, the jury determined that all asserted claims of the ' 119 patent are invalid as obvious over the prior art.  The verdict which found non-infringement and invalidity of all asserted claims by the Plaintiff, is consistent with the Group' s legal position since the patent suit was filed. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	QTV mgmt can also be more investor friendly by announcing trial date and trial decision date.  Keep all in the known.  If not insider do hanky panky business we also dun know. I still dun understand how one of the CB investor managed to earn a profit with his CB shares when QTV price tanked that time.  With this kind of people on board QTV mgmt, I still feel they take care of their own interest first.  They have vested interest and they have first hand info and our SGX and regulator cannot do anything to them if they take advantage of any loopholes in the system which are many.  See how all those S-chip exec got away scot-free!  They dun need to breach any rules, just need to take advantages of loopholes can cheat SGeans money liao.  SGX and regulator can do anything?  NO! Anyway, with this news, price did spike up as expected but i was expecting more like in the range of 15%.  Also buy/sell volume quite even.  I thought it will be lopside to buy up.  Anyway, still early in the day.
