x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The NAV per share of DBS has dropped to $21.17 (2nd half of 2022) compared to $21.47 (2nd half of 2021). The PB ratio (1.7)  is much higher than the historical mean (1.3). So by this measure, DBS share price has much more to fall. Net asset is falling as many have decided to move their money in their saving and current accounts (CASA)--this is categorised as assets--to fixed deposits. Fixed deposits are considered as a liability to banks. As analysts have said, funding costs have gone up for banks.  Even though the P/E ratio of DBS is fantastic, I heard that NAV is a more appropriate indicator of the possible share price of a bank.
