Consolidation, meaning range trading. 2- Identifying Support & Resistance, that will give you the range mentioned above. 3- From no2 decide where to go long/where to take profits and where is your stop. Using below chart on SATS, we know the support is around 3.77, therefore we wanna go long near there, can be 3.80 for example, then set your stop lost at say 3.75, if you  have a bigger threshold then below 3.50, butter that will affect your risk/reward ratio. We also know the mid-point is around 4.20, this level can be your first profit target, if more greedy then look for profits near resistance of 4.60, if the market condidtion is favorable why not.
