BRC Asia reported an " unprecedented" full year profit of S$90.2 million, givng out total full year dividend of 12c. Share price rise 5c to 1.82. Geo reported a 9M profit of US$140 million, yearly dividend about 8-10c, price retreated to 35.5c. How to explain this huge anomaly? Bravo, SGX. |

if don buy tdy at 35/35.5, tink harder to get as nearer to xd. Another 15mins to go, got 4.5mil in q buy at 35, so far < 800 lots done by LH to RH brokers at 35.0, retailers hard to hope la. mostly done at 35.5c, 4mil.

What is there to say? This will continue to happen as long as as SGX is dominated by contra and short term players, shortists and bbs...... Reai investors just have bear with it and hope the true value will come through. (Alernatively, migrate away from SGX which I am thinking about if I can cash out my Investments at reasonable prices ).

wats wrong with coal counter. GEAR good TO price, few buying at 77. Geo good div coming, retailers selling at 35. Lots of talk say Europe winter vely cold, cannot get enough coal to warm, so how cum GEAR and Geo still dropping when coal needed in winter to warm, and in summer to cool. from coal index, price is vely hi, but in sgx counter price is vely lo. regulator shd query both konsi why.
