Nordic has a net cash position as of 31 Dec 15. Gross margin expanded very well. We can expect earning growth of between 20-30% and so correspondingly higher div yield in 2016 based on fixed 40% payout. WIth strong cash flow from both muilt-height and austin energy, we can expect more M& A deals ahead. This seems to be the forte of Nordic' s Exe Chairman who is ex-banker, just like Chew of Ezion. Shares buy back resumed. The company bought back 72,000 shares today at 0.187 per share. Overall it is still positive. May test 20 cents soon to meet MTP, if not, company has to do shares consolidation. There is no moving to Catalist as the company already announced its intention to stay on mainboard and to meet MTP.

I am not convinced with the latest results. Debt seems to pile up perhaps due to the recent acquisition. Going forward the company should still be profitable but It is wait and see time for me now. | ||||

Yup waiting to receive 650 dollars dividend. Kind of regret didn't sell when it hit 24 cents though. I was watching it literally going up and up on that day with crazy volume! Decided to hold haiz. If buy back everything now would still earn much more haiz. Granted can't sell at 24 cents but 23 cents on that day should be no problem lol

i don' t know the date either.. based on last year released date, i guess we can anticipate it 2015 FY result to be released during the 22th Feb week.

big spike in price but no announcement on shares buy back, yet. the buying was not shares buy back? quite comfortable holding this despite the up and down. all fixed assets in the O& G still need maintenance no matter what. results should be out soon, shouldn' t be too shabby.

1st Sep 2015 till today, the VWAP is 0.190 For the extension to Sep 2016, it might have to announce a M& A soon.. Otherwise, there has to be a spike in the price soon... |

Nordic Group Limited (&ldquo Nordic&rdquo ) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Multiheight Scaffolding Pte Ltd (&ldquo MHS&rdquo ) and Austin Energy (Asia) Pte Ltd (&ldquo AE&rdquo ) have recently renewed their maintenance contracts with several repeat customers - comprising of oil majors in the petrochemical industry and a global healthcare company in the pharmaceutical industry. These contracts are renewed for a period of one to two years and are estimated to generate revenue of approximately S$7.7 million. In addition to the above renewed contracts, both MHS and AE are currently negotiating with customers in the petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries, on the renewal of other maintenance contracts. Further announcements will be made once these contracts have been confirmed. The above contracts are expected to contribute positively to but are not expected to have material impact on the net tangible assets and earnings per share of Nordic Group Limited for the current financial year. |
