Furthermore, price won?t go below 0.007 if not placement investors will not buy in. Hence, downside is minimal at this price in the Near short Term. They have been doing this when price is 0.1x, each time they have to issue more shares as the value per share drop. Funny thing is CEO sold off his shares long time ago while proclaiming their stock is undervalued
