I am into it mainly because  I think the wrose is over for the Trust. I believe n hope thet going forward the results would be better. The latest quarter results had been encouraging n hopefully the trend the improved trend would continue. I am also encouraged by the excellent consistency in the distribution per unit. Based on current distribution per quarter, the annual distribution would be 0.0036 cts per unit. On price of 0.031 the yield is 11.6%. If I am able to receive 2 years of dividends, the dividends I received would be 0.0072 .. 0.0036 = 0.0036 = 0.0072. On current price of 0.031, my cost in 2 years time would be: 0.031 - 0.0072 = 0.0238 cts. Just sharing my thoughts. The annual payout is 0.0036 cts and based on today,s price of 0.032, the yield is 11.25%.
