QT Vascular Going BIG Post Reply Rate topic

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	QTV' s NTA is USD24.7mil of which USD10mil is intangible assets so NTA is only USD14.7mil.   The courts rules pretty heavily against QTV with the USD20mil damage.   It is almost like handing QTV a death sentence! QTV best year only see USD13.1mil in revenue and they are not even making profit or generating cash.   QTV finance cannot withstand this loses.   I think QTV needs to put some of its catheter into its cash flow for cash to flow liao....... Admin expenses for this year will probably " balloon" up as well..... Anyway, if QTV is prudent, they should raise that USD20mil asap.   Don' t last minute ganna being rule against than lanlan have to accept any terms and condidtion of those who can throw them the money.

If Qt wins the appeal, the higher courts may overrule the damages. Qt doesn't need to pay damages now, they have time to fight the case back in the higher courts.. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Subsequent to the close of the trial phase for the State Law Claims, the trial court in California has on 1 July 2015 issued its findings of facts and conclusions of law, and awarded damage of US$20.034 million against Dr. Konstantino, TriReme Medical LLC, Quattro Vascular Pte. Ltd., and QT Vascular Ltd. (collectively " Defendants" ). The Defendants are obviously disappointed with the trial court' s decision. The Defendants fully intend to file an appeal, to challenge and overturn the trial court' sdecision, once judgment has been entered by the trial court. The judgment is expected to beentered in the later part of this year. Since there is no specific date mentioned, Is there going to be a big pump and dump or just dump from here on?
