Going into next several qtrs  ,  we can look forward to sales of several projects and their Beijing condo will soon be completed. All in all Ying li  is huat counter. So with the sale of ICC, this is super huat coz even before the completion of ICC , they already made SGD 70m from the sale.  So if CE takesover or delist between 35-50 cts, this is good liao. But if CE takesover and not delist, maybe one day can be like Capital land, who knows. !!??

Likely given waiver by SGX. Just my guess. And if this is the case, the share price will fall back. Usually trading halt is lifted when I(we) are engaged in our work/meeting/relaxation and hence didn' t see the announcement and can' t react fast enough. Of course I hope it is a takeover since I' m vested. LOL.
