Do you think a major mining company is going to take out an advert in the paper, tv or radio saying " Hey, we interested in acquiring that company" ? If it did then may as well send out invites to its competitors that will drive up asking price. if a major company is interested they not going to blurt it out as that just drives up the acquisition price. Just because you can see or hear about something does not mean their not sniffing about. 2. Please point out in the mining manual that states a major mining company must acquire an interest in a mining operation just because of hype. All major mining companies are going to have their core-operations. And they may simply prefer to focus on that an not go off mining everything. Major mining companies have financial limitations like anyone else. Apple has money to the hilt but are they buying every single high-tech product coming up with hype around it? No. A company like Rio Tinto or Santos may " go yes we see potential in lithium yes but our core operations are in this and this, and we wish to keep our cash reserves for developing projects their because that is the business we know best." So just because a big mining company is not making a move does not mean a company like AMAL/TAW are not valuable. 3. And why should the major shareholders of AMAL/TAW sell out now to some big mining company? If Mark Zuckerberg had sold his interest in Facebook the first time a big IT firm had come calling would he be as rich as what he is now? And each time he got approached he would not have taken out adverts to say " hey Microsoft made me an offer today" . If the BoD of AMAL/TAW simply sold out at the first offer from a big mining firm then they can do an injustice to shareholders because they selling short so why not hold out and see value mature like many other firms. And where is the evidence that AMAL/TAW are simply handing out shares and selling off sections left and right. You state " If it is so good, it won' t be so easy to get a share of it" . AMAL and TAW are not passing out shares left and right BUT they are also realistic. To get the operations into a production stage they need capital. And to raise that capital they need to by necessity to sell equity. Even if Mark Zuckerberg knew how valuable Facebook would be do you think he could have got it to where it is now without having to sell part of the equity to raise capital to fund the initial growth? Ever watched the show " Shark Tank" ? People come on with great ideas, but to the funding needed they need to get the funding needed to get things running they are realistic and know they need to give up equity in the firm. And same here. AMAL/TAW probably would love to keep all for themselves but to get things to operations it cost money. And to raise the money they have to be realistic and sell parts. Let me explain 1 last time ..... there are many battery technology around... but lithium are chosen becos its pro and cons are much better than other technology... I guess someone IQ level is so low that he suggested we should use some other battery techonolgy when lithium ion is proven superior.. Company A and B are long established companies with long history making profits, revenue and cash flow. Company C and Company D are still in exploration stage yet to turn a revenue etc but they have announced they have potentially made huge discoveries that have a very high probability (greater than 95%) of leading to production in 5 years. Whilst only preliminary, Company C and D are quietly confident the iron ore reserves on their claims will last 40 years. Company A and Company B in past have acquired all other iron ore producing firms, those firms' rights and land. The only land with potential iron ore left on the planet are held by Companies A, B, C and D. Company A and B just announced they expect they will not find anymore iron ore reserves on their claims, and they will extract all remaining reserves within 6 years. Company C and D refuse outright any take-over approaches. Iron ore demand for next 30 years is expected to increase significantly. So based on the hypothetical facts above which firm you going to invest into? Company A and B with their proven past track record? U pointed out Graphene without explaining what is that..... and it is suppose to improve battery energy density and form in various ways. Li-ion batteries can be enhanced by introducing graphene to the battery?s anode and capitalizing on the material?s conductivity. I donno why few forumers here trying spread fake news about this company... thats very bad intend...bad karma...lithium will be the main source of storage battery for the next 10 years... simply becos it is pros and cons are much better tham other battery...
