x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	This coy is a toxic to whoever touches it unless you are inside.   They got loan agreement never annouce until raw rrice becomes cooked rice. Load agreement in August when price is lowest and very strangely started to go up until over 10cts.   Then so conveniently in their undisclosed agreement until yesterday then things come to light that they got additonal shares granted computed using the gap between the highs and the lows.   This coy sneaky sneakliy got loan from insiders with unfavourable term (borrow $1.8 must pay back $2.9mil within 120 days.   Even loan shark also peifu them!) to outside shareholders and now issue shares as way of payment.   So cash out on existing shareholders.   The BOD all happily said very good.   Ofc good for them but very bad for those who hold from > 50cts till now. While you are reading this, the coy might be on the path on thinking how to ge more money out of navie shareholders becos they still cannot survive with coy no generating cash.   Why bank don' t loan them?   They got assets right?   Somemore said someone interested in their assets.   Pledge asset for loan bank also cannot take? This oy very simple.   You buy you die! Previously announced interest in asset but no news till now.   Cannot tell if this one is for real.   When first announced, price gapped up only to be sold selldown badly.   Maybe CB investors and some other took that opportunity to offload to blur sotong who thought this is a good news. Anyway, this coy sure need to raise cash.   Maybe 1-for-1 right at 7cts to suck in more blur sotong money so that mgmt can continue to steer the company towards the largest iceberg while getting fat pay.   Shareholders who dont subscribe get diluted but subscibe also means good money throw after bad money.   Either ways very bad outcome for them. Let see more blur sotong kanna turn into fried sotong.   Yummy (for mgmt!)
