x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The case is ... I see a party who tried to grab a piece of the pie but failed and now is "jealous". So they sue to stop the sales. V funny. They don't have any interest in any of the cos. So to a layman like me I just don't understand the logic. Anyway my feel is we will see if sci would move up or continue to dangle here in the next few hours. Perhaps tomorrow smm's announcement will be a factor also. We will see how much impact it has for the last time on sci this Q3, good or bad.

Although it had obtained municipal consent before the sale was completed, the consent is now being challenged in the South African High Court by a party who had made an unsuccessful bid to become a local minority shareholder in Sembcorp Silulumanzi under the government' s Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment programme. Neither SCI nor any of its subsidiaries were parties to these legal proceedings when they were launched in July 2019. To protect its interests, SCI thus requested and was granted approval by the court for SUNNV and SUSA to be joined as parties to the proceedings. As at Monday, the proceedings are still ongoing, SCI said.
