Many pple posted on those already. I was irritated becos your post quoted an email exchange u had w the Co tat made u feel was " unprofessional and not convincing" . Tis kind of purported factual backing for your negative view is very damaging becos it seems to ground your negative view in fact.   However the discerning reader will realise there is no factual basis from tis email becos the email is not actually shared w us.... and unprofessional and unconvincing is just your personal view and does not prove the Co has a problem. Hence I found your post misleading and irresponsible i.e. very irritating. However I did not explain tis properly to u so our exchange degenerated to name calling which is kind of fun becos can let off steam but we are adults so I better explain. I have no objection to your name calling as long as u know I retain a mental image of u as a little girl w pigtails and mini skirt .... hahaha just joking A shortist who just comes in and do a one sentence slam of the company.... is also irritating but does not do actual damage. They need to take care of shareholders, but to have bleeding heart for contra and shortists... please lah. As far as I see from your post, u went to the company and vomit an email with all your fears and reservations. The Co did not give u the TLC tat u crave so u come and shit all over the Co in this forum. Lets take a step back and acknowledge we normally receive the reply we deserve... were u polite and did u make sense in your email to the Co first? If u want u share the email correspondence, if u dun want then we r free to conclude why Co dun take u seriously.  For contra holders, u have opportunity to sell when Co commence trading. Therefore it is to your best interest tat Co make full announcements and assuage all the fears before they commence trading. If share price gap up on first day and u sell.... will even make profit and no penalties etc so no prob to u. So dun listen to fear mongers and dun shit on the Co yourself becos do u no good. For shortists... I am the last person to wish tat tis thing happen to u. And if u r one of the those trying to spread fear in this forum, actually I wld be hard-pressed to bear a grudge towards somebody just trying to save themselves. Any big company probably already lifted and resume trading. If lifted and all good, congrats to all longists. But, If it goes a different way, then just face it. Any 'good news' or positive developments, if not yet announced, with its shares still halt and suspended, always have to take with a pinch of salt. That's my point of view.

AMAL may have been negotiating last week going into this week but as Golden Week in Japan where many go holiday etc the speed of finalizing something may not be as simple as we think. And the May Day holiday today here would not help if they needed to get the company sponsor to review something or local lawyers.
